Locust Street Apartments

In May of 2021, the SEED Board of Directors approved an incentive agreement with L2HI, in the amount of $22,000, to redevelop and modernize a four unit apartment complex located at 1011 Locust Street. The Board of Directors decided that this project would help us promote new or expanded business development in the City of Sweetwater. We are thankful for L2HI’s decision to invest in our community.
