To capitalize on emerging market opportunities, Lonestar sought financing to support the down payment on new tractor-trailer rigs, essential for growing their service capabilities.

SEED provided a crucial loan, enabling Lonestar Trucking to expand its fleet, hire additional employees, and enhance its service offerings to local wallboard plants. This expansion has not only bolstered Lonestar’s presence in Sweetwater but also contributed to the local economy by increasing employment. Currently, Lonestar Trucking employs 45 people at its Sweetwater location, underscoring the success of this strategic investment.
